1. How do I subscribe for the MTN Kaja Product?

It’s simple. Just dial *178# and select “subscribe”.

2. How much does it cost?

There is a daily charge of Ugx. 220/- for you to qualify for the daily draw

3. What time are the draws?

Draws will be conducted every day at midnight (24:00hrs) and if your number was successfully charged it will be entered for the draw. Results will be shared in the morning

4. How do I know that I have won?

All customers that have won will receive an SMS or a call via 0776 986 178 to inform them that they have won. An SMS notification containing the last digits of the winning number will be sent to all customers that entered for the draw. The winning number will also be announced on radio.

5. What happens if my number has been picked and I have not subscribed for MTN Kaja?

Unfortunately you miss out on the prize, for you to stand a chance to win you need to subscribe for the service and have been charged (Ugx. 220/-)

6. How do I collect the prize?

All cash prizes will be paid in cash, via bank transfer or via Mobile Money if the amount is within the Mobile Money transaction limit (4 million/-), while airtime will be sent to the customer’s phones directly.

7. How can I unsubscribe from the service?

Simply dial *178# and select “unsubscribe”.
